Description

Their is a primitive flood escape water way upstream Diyal weir to divert Diyala high flood to Suwigha marshes. This water way was urgently prepared during 1988 flood, but not used again. The question is if their is a need for such flood escape in future. If so the Head regulator must be build as standard structure.
