Needs
The Ministry of Water Resources has 5-7 research centers within the Iraqi universities. We would like to modernize these research center by providing equipment, laboratories. Etc. We would like to fund research in the form of equipment. Laboratories,etc. We also would like the Ministry of Water Resources to be able to provide scholarships for these students. This will establish a direct connection between the univeristies and the Ministry to provide future ops to students.
