Description
Needs
Detailed Inspection and Evaluation for the Structure by qualified consultants is required In order to define the required maintenance and /or replacement and improvement works. A new bathymetry survey is required for the Channel reaches upstream and downstream the barrage to evaluate the sediment accumulation within the upstream reach and the scour if any within the downstream reach , this will define the required dredging , cleaning and/ or protection works.
Objective
Thibban outlet channel was constructed, for diverting the flow from Habbaniya Lake back to Euphrates River downstream Ramadi town, the flow is controlled by Thibban Regulator.
